The Backflow Preventer (PVB) is a device that allows water to go in one direction only, so the contaminant warter cant go backwards in the opposite direction.
Most backflow preventers are used to keep unsafe/ contaminant water from reversing flow and entering the clean water supply which goes to our houses.

Thank goodness for the rain. Houston Texas has been going through a drought for a little bit over a year. Most Houston areas are under mandatory water conservation. How many times should i cut the grass in Houston and surrounding areas. It's January lawns grow slow & roots grow deeper .
